Re: 'Wind farm plan provides chance to act locally and responsibly,' Letters, Nov. 26

I am writing this letter because I think the impression has been created that all residents of Guildwood are against the wind power research. This is not correct. As a 27-year resident of Guildwood I would like to congratulate Gary Dale on his excellent letter. In my view, he described the issues at the meeting much more accurately than the other letters published on the same day and your editorial. I thought the meeting was well structured and well moderated and that the Toronto Energy Services representatives presented their information in a clear and succinct way. While there were many people from environmental groups at the meeting and at the microphones, many different issues were raised and the local residents had ample opportunity to make comments and ask questions.
